The actual case studies of those enrolled in the course. I greatly appreciated that the instructor was able to use my example of wanting to build an ADU within an HOA, and he provided me with concrete examples and scenarios of how to prepare and/or think of potential roadblocks for my case. This course was very informative in providing state policy on ADUs and providing you with the knowledge to navigate local city and county regulations. Great and informative class. I definitely feel much more equipped to move toward building an ADU on my property.
